How do i Repair or Restore an **Incomplete** SQL 2005 .BAK file using TSql

I cant Restore my Backup file on MSSql Server 2005,. While Using the command in Management Studio its saying **Incomplete** and and to restoring the database and the *.bak is my only Backup file. Am one can enligthen ho i can retreive the database TRhank
